Welcome to Domaine des Batuts, your haven of peace in the heart of the Périgord Noir, close to the most beautiful sites in France,

Our fully renovated cottage with a touch of pop art combines charm and modern comfort to offer you a friendly and rustic moment.

Rooms:

Our 70 m2 gîte has two bedrooms upstairs, designed for your comfort and relaxation:

• Master bedroom: equipped with a double bed.
• Second bedroom: two single beds which can be joined to form a queen-size bed (1.60m), offering flexibility and comfort.

Bathroom :

Upstairs, a modern bathroom with shower and WC, equipped with everything you need for your comfort.

Living space:

On the ground floor: toilet, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals with local products, opens onto a bright living room ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.

For your comfort the ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating and radiators in the bedrooms.

Outdoor spaces:

To fully enjoy every moment of the day, our cottage has two terraces, one to the east for the morning sun and one to the west for the sunset!

Environment :

The cottage is located on an organic tree farm of around twenty hectares, and offers a view of the surrounding nature.

The cottage preserves your friendship, it is part of a Périgord house currently being renovated (the work obviously being stopped during rental periods).

The owners, Anne and Dan, a French-New Zealand couple, live in a renovated building on the property, they will of course be at your disposal to make your stay enjoyable.
